My deepest, darkest secret is probably that I am an intense lover of milk. Really, I savor all dairy products, but milk in particular I do not simply want but rather ache for. I can’t fully explicate the effect it has on my gustatory cortex + nervous system. When I pour out a glass of 3% and let it breathe for a moment, I reel in anticipation.
